What is your shipping policy for international orders?

Can I return tea products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Are Twinings tea bags biodegradable?

We are committed to sustainability. Most of our standard tea bags are made from plant-based materials and are industrially compostable. We are actively working toward making all of our packaging fully recyclable or compostable.
