Return Process

Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the issue.

For quality control purposes, please provide photos of any damaged packaging or incorrect items received from your shipment.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unopened products back to our distribution center.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
